This class offers a variety of unique and challenging interval workouts that will push your level of fitness in the areas of : strength, cardio, agility, balance, core and more - all using just body weight movements. Each workout is designed for all levels of fitness and has the option for modifications to be offered for all exercises. Each day is a different workout that builds on the previous sessions and gives you a total body workout every day! Sessions are not transferable between classes. Additional Compound Fitness classes will be added prior to the completion of the current classes.
