Not sure you could ever meditate, but have an earnest interest in why and how? In this 4 part workshop we will learn how to meditate. Using a method which incorporates mindful movement, relaxation, and meditation to gradually calm and unwind the mind - you can meditate!! Meditation is a practice - similar to lifting weights to build muscle, we use repetition and reminders to help ourselves overcome the roaming tendencies of the mind. Each week will explore a new relaxation, and meditation technique - you will be emailed the audio recording following class, so you can practice at home in between sessions.
