Youth Conditioning and Bodyweight Program, designed for students in grades 3 through 8 who are eager to enhance their physical fitness and overall well-being. This program offers a comprehensive approach to conditioning, focusing on strength, agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance—all while utilizing their own body weight.

Bodyweight Exercises: Participants will learn a variety of bodyweight exercises such as squats, lunges, push-ups, planks, and burpees, tailored to their age and fitness level.

Conditioning Drills: Students will engage in a variety of conditioning drills focusing on strength, speed, agility, and power, incorporating elements of bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, and agility drills.

Benefits for All Sports: This program is suitable for students participating in any sport or physical activity. By enhancing overall athleticism, including strength, speed, agility, and endurance, participants will experience improved performance, reduced risk of injury, and increased enjoyment in their chosen sports.
