Youth Conditioning and Bodyweight Program, designed for students in grades 3 through 8 who are eager to enhance their physical fitness and overall well-being. This program offers a comprehensive approach to conditioning, focusing on strength, agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance—all while utilizing their own body weight.
Bodyweight Exercises: Participants will learn a variety of bodyweight exercises such as squats, lunges, push-ups, planks, and burpees, tailored to their age and fitness level.
Conditioning Drills: Students will engage in a variety of conditioning drills focusing on strength, speed, agility, and power, incorporating elements of bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, and agility drills.
