St. Francis Area Schools

This class is designed for anyone, of any age, gender, or physical
condition, that is interested in learning ways to defend themselves from a
potential attack from anyone of any size or strength comparable to
themselves. There are many ways to physically confuse, disorient, shock,
and surprise a potential attacker of any size or strength. I was taught many
of these skills while working within the state psychiatric hospital, and state
prison facilities. This class is designed to be educational as well as
informative and a bit of fun. This will be a one and a half hour class.
Supplies Needed: Notebook pens, pencils, and or highlighters, sense of
humor and an open mind.
