Choice of meat (chicken or pork) &veggies will fill the CRISPY spring rolls, and fresh veggie and precooked protein of choice will fill the FRESHspring rolls. Two types of wrappers will be used. Participants will be able to customize filling ingredients andseasonings according to their taste or dietary preferences. Join in the fun as we dive into the world of springrolls learning the techniques to create fillings, and how to wrap, roll, and cook these delightful packets ofbright deliciousness! Freezing and reheating tips will also be shared! Come join the FUN!Make it a date night or family night as you create lasting memories in your kitchen!Have your questions answered by the instructor, interact with other participants as you cook along, andincrease your confidence in the kitchen.While cooking-along is loads of fun, and highly recommended, it is optional.Participants will receive a list of ingredients in advance of the class with enough time for shopping andpreparation. A professionally made PDF packet of the Instructors Personal Recipes from this class will also bereceived.This class will take place on Zoom; free online software. Participants will receive instructions on how to accessthe class prior to it starting.As an added bonus, the instructor has created a private group and a public group on Facebook for participantsof her cooking classes. Everyone will receive an invite to the groups although joining is optional.
